On Thursday the FUTURES got the chance to have a Lunch-n-Learn with Carol Reynolds, Senior Vice President of Client Experience. During our hour together, the FUTURES enjoyed Chipotle while Carol explained the many aspects of the client experience. After listening to Carol, we were able to understand how Client Alignment focuses on providing Netsmart clients with the best experience possible. Today we go from Futures to adventurists and take on the Kansas City Country Club Plaza for an “Instagram Scavenger Hunt.” As one of the social events planned for the summer, we are leaving the office around 2:30 and are on our way to the Plaza with clues in hand. This game will consist of a five team invasion, no speeding tickets, many hilarious pictures posted, and food to follow. I have been at Netsmart almost 3 weeks now, and I have learned it isn’t a true Netsmart event unless there is food or cookies.
