Our FUTURES program has come to an end, but what a wonderful summer we have had with them at our Overland Park, KS and Great River, NY offices! For most of the FUTURES, this summer was their first one spent with us (catch up with those who returned for a second summer here), and they were eager to learn about Netsmart, our culture and solutions as well as participate in EveryDayMatters events like volunteering and Mental Health First Aid.
Our FUTURES experience so much during the 10-week program, and we like to see how they grow during that time. We sat down with a few of the FUTURES during their first week of the program to get their perception on what Netsmart is, what does it mean to be cause connected, what they would like to take away from the FUTURES program, and more.

We had an awesome turnout to celebrate the completion of the remodel and construction project in our Great River location. Our team coined the phrase “Great River Reboot” to signify the renewal of our workplace. It was heartwarming to see #NTST associates catching up over BBQ, beverages and toasting to the end of time in the construction zone!

This August, Netsmart hosted its first EveryDayMatters Opportunity Fair. Local clients and organizations were invited to come share their stories with associates. The fair allowed associates to connect with these organizations about their missions and how they can volunteer and give back.
