To welcome the 28 new Futures, in true Netsmart fashion, we attended an 80s themed skate party at the nearby Skate City. Although none of the Futures were born in that era, we all busted out our most bodacious outfits. Some of the most outrageous outfits included MC Hammer pants, neon leggings, and even a dudical He-Man costume. All of the Futures, their mentors, managers, and even the executives attended to give us a gnarly welcome.
At Netsmart, we move purposely with passion and intentionality. We focus on using innovative solutions to break down barriers and push the boundaries of the health and human services industry.
Our internship program is dubbed the “FUTURES” because those who participate are an important part of our future. Our program includes a balance between classroom-based and on-the-job learning, hands-on, client based work, professional development opportunities, leadership exposure and several social / networking events throughout the summer. #ntstfutures
