Associate and Leadership Development has been my focus the past nine years and is work that I am passionate about. For me there is nothing more rewarding than helping others reach their fullest potential, discover their strengths, and tap into the leader within. I love what I do and am energized to watch associates achieve their personal development goals. Making a difference in the lives and careers of associates ultimately impacts the overall success and growth of Netsmart. It is a privilege to play a role in that mission.
I joined the Netsmart team on January 20th and am thrilled to have the opportunity to collaborate and create with associates across all lines of business. We will be rolling out a number of different learning opportunities for associates over the coming year and beyond. Development offerings will be delivered in a phased approach and there will be something for everyone.
Last week was the launch of our first leadership development program called inSPIRE. The program is designed for select emerging leaders to expand and develop their leadership skills. As Netsmart continues to grow, it is vital to build a pipeline of high performing future leaders who are ready to take on the next significant opportunities. We have 25 associates participating in the 2015 program and are excited to provide them this opportunity. If you are interested in participating in the inSPIRE Leadership Development program in the future, share your interest and career aspirations with your manager. It is important for you and your manager to collaborate and build a development plan to begin working towards your professional goals. Participation in inSPIRE is by executive nomination.
This is just the beginning. There will be more associate learning and development opportunities on the horizon. So stay tuned!
