#FUTURES17 – A First and Last Impression

Our FUTURES program has come to an end, but what a wonderful summer we have had with them at our Overland Park, KS and Great River, NY offices! For most of the FUTURES, this summer was their first one spent with us (catch up with those who returned for a second summer here), and they were eager to learn about Netsmart, our culture and solutions as well as participate in EveryDayMatters events like volunteering and Mental Health First Aid.

Our FUTURES experience so much during the 10-week program, and we like to see how they grow during that time. We sat down with a few of the FUTURES during their first week of the program to get their perception on what Netsmart is, what does it mean to be cause connected, what they would like to take away from the FUTURES program, and more.
